In our modern world, where change is our constant companion, only one thing is unchangeable: physical exercise and being close to nature. These two activities help to clean the body from overload of information stress, ambiguities and everything we keep in our heads every day. For me running is the best way to be in teh same speed as my thoughts. It is also a way to relax both: mentally and physically. This is the moment, when I am running in the middle of the forest or on the streets, I am listening to my breathing and fastly bumping heart. Then, nothing can touch me, I am free and I am smiling to the place that surrounds me. For me running is much more than just burning the calories through cardio, this is a way to find a contact with yourself. Becasue it is important to listen to your intuittion and to the energy that comes directly from your heart.
